Ramen Tatsu-Ya is cooling things down this summer with two refreshing new offerings.
For a limited time, Japanese ice cream from DipDipDip, Tatsu-Ya’s award-winning Austin ice cream shop, has been added the menu at the Montrose restaurant.
The frosty treat, $9.50 to $12.50 per pint, is available in a trio of flavors including Lime in the Coocoo Nut sorbet with mango lime gel and fresh mango; Strawberry Yuzu-Doodle with yuzu mascarpone ice cream, strawberries and sugar cookie crumbles; and Cookies and Matcha with pieces of chocolate mochiko cookies.
Ramen Tatsu-Ya is also doling out kimcheladas, the house spin on a beer and tomato juice-based michelada.
